GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF E-COMMERCE

These conditions apply to Gauhar Oy, 2503035-3 (Company) and the customer who makes a purchase at www.gauharhelsinki.com (Website). Detailed contact information and other company information can be found on the website. The terms apply only to consumers who place orders and purchase products from us on the website.

In addition to the terms of use, the company also applies data protection practices. In this policy, you can read how we treat your personal information when you shop with us.  

You must be over 16 years old. If you are under 16, your guardian is obliged to place an order with us.

We may change these terms at any time, but changes accepted during your purchase will always apply to that purchase. All changes are reflected in the most recently published version of the site's terms of use.


DELIVERY TERMS - ORDERS & RETURNS

If you want to make a purchase on the website, you must accept the terms.

After placing an order, the company will send you an order confirmation email to confirm the order. Please contact us if you have not received an order confirmation after one day of your order.

We reserve the right to reject the order, for example if you have provided incorrect information or the order cannot be filled because the products are out of stock. Please note that temporarily out of stock products must be ordered again when the product is available to order again.


Shipping costs:

Postal package €7.90. Your order will be delivered to the nearest postal machine or service point.

Home package €15 for purchases within Finland.

Parcel Connect - international delivery €10.

DHL Express €20, please contact us by email info@gauharhelsinki.com if you need advice.

The delivery fee is added to your order after you select the delivery method and address at checkout.

In international cases, we charge a delivery fee of €10 (postal parcel EU) or €20 DHL. More information about the delivery options we offer can be found on our website

The customer is fully responsible for the costs of returning or exchanging a defect-free product.

For uncollected shipments, we charge the shipping costs for both the shipment and the return.

Return: Kindly note! Returning the product is free for you, but we always charge the shipping costs incurred by the order.


DELIVERY

The delivery time may vary depending on the selected option. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made no later than 30 days after the company has confirmed the order with a written order confirmation. Please note that delivery times are approximate and deviations may occur. If your order is delayed, you will receive a message here. You are responsible for receiving or redeeming the order at the time specified in the notice. A personal ID and order number are added to the packages. For uncollected orders, we have the right to charge a shipping and return fee.

PRODUCT INFORMATION ETC.

We reserve the right to the final sale of the products as well as to all image or typographical errors on the site, advertisements or other advertising materials and product descriptions. The company has the right to correct such errors, change or update information on the Site and make continuous product changes and improvements to the Site.

Products displayed on the website, advertisements and other promotional material should be viewed for illustrative purposes only and not as a specification of product features, functions, origin or warranty. The company is not responsible for the third party website.


The content of the website is protected by copyright. Product names and logos can also be protected by trademark law or market laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, models, layouts and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of the company.


PRICES AND PAYMENT

In connection with the order, the prices indicated on the website are indicated at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in euros and include the current value added tax. The prices do not include payment and delivery costs, which are listed separately.

We reserve the right that the site may contain typographical errors and incorrect prices, and we are not responsible for price changes. If an incorrect price has been specified for the ordered product, we will notify you and wait for the corrected price to be accepted before the order is considered accepted.

You can pay for your purchase using one of the available payment options and in accordance with the separate payment terms stated on the website. We reserve the right not to offer a certain payment method or to change the payment method if the chosen payment method for some reason does not work at the time of purchase.


CAMPAIGNS, DISCOUNT CODES AND OTHER OFFERS

From time to time, the Company may have offers, discount codes or campaigns ("Offers"). At that time, the discount, campaign or offer is valid for the specified time or as long as the stock is sufficient. Otherwise, these terms and conditions apply. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, unless otherwise stated.


RIGHT OF RETURN FOR PRIVATE PERSONS

When you purchase products from the website, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without any reason. If you want to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the ordered product. When you make your purchase through the site, you have the right to open the package and examine the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you are satisfied with the product. Please note that some products are not subject to the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of products: products manufactured according to specifications; sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Product order where cancellation is not valid; If the product is sealed, do not open the seal if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right of cancellation therefore ends when the seal is broken. If you want to exercise your right of cancellation, you must send the company a clear message before the expiration date. When returning, please state your name, address, order number, date of order, email address and which products you want to return if there are several products in the order. The notification can be sent via the complaint and return form or the standard cancellation form prepared by the Consumer Agency. The products will be delivered to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you have informed us of your decision to cancel the purchase contract. We recommend that the product is delivered in its original packaging and well packed with a tracking code. The refund will be made immediately after the product arrives at our warehouse. Refunds are made using your chosen payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

COMPLAINTS OF INDIVIDUALS

When you order through the site, you always have the right to file a complaint within three years of receiving the product. If you wish to file a complaint, please contact the company as soon as possible after the error has been discovered. In order for a complaint to be valid, it must always be made within a reasonable time after you notice the error. A complaint made within two months of discovering the error is always considered within a reasonable time. We recommend that you check the products when you have received them and report the damage to the packaging directly to the distribution point and mark the damage in transit. You can complain about a wrong product by returning it to us. You are responsible for the product until the company receives it. Therefore, we recommend that the product is delivered in its original packaging and is carefully packed with a tracking code. Once the company has received the product and determined that the complaint is valid, we will reimburse you in accordance with applicable law. This means that the error can be corrected or that the wrong product is replaced with a new/correct one. If this is not possible, or if the company otherwise deems it more cost-effective, the company may instead refund the amount you paid for your order, including return costs. Please note that the company has the right to refuse the complaint if it is determined that the product does not comply with the applicable law, in which case the company will not pay back the refund.
