Shipping
Standard POSTI shipping within Finland is 4.80€ and free on orders over 150 €.
Home delivery is 10,70 € and free on orders over 150€ (within Finland).
DHL Express +20€.
International Shipping
Parcel connect parcel (international e-commerce) 8€. DHL Express 20 € - please contact info@gauharhelsinki.com for guidance if needed. All orders are traceable with a tracking ID.
Returns
If you're not pleased with your order you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after you received your order. Private persons have a 14-day right of withdrawal/exchange of the ordered product when shopping online. This means that you may return unused, undamaged products. Free returns within Finland. Please note! For all international orders a return deposit will be added at your cost (8€).
For orders that have not been picked up, we have the right to charge a fee of 15€ for our handling cost of the order and for the return.
